Aluminium Diamond plate also called Treadplate,which is a lightweight, functional and decorative surface material with a regular pattern of raised lines or diamonds on one side. The material is non-slip, durable and a very economical solution for corrosion resistant and non-slip applications.
The added texture reduces the risk of slipping, making treadplate an ideal solution for stairs, catwalks, walkways and ramps, particularly in an industrial setting. Its typical non-skid properties make Treadplate ideal for use on ambulance interiors and on footplates of trucks, machinery and plants. Due to the attractive high polished finishing of Treadplate, it has also become a popular decorative material, used on walls floors and counters.
Aluminum diamond plate Brite Finish sheets are pressed aluminum sheets bearing a raised diamond pattern on one side. They are weather and corrosion proof and easy to clean, as well as being skid-resistant. This makes them suitable for a wide variety of applications, indoors and outdoors. It is also known as tread plate, checker plate, durbar plate. It is a type of aluminum metal sheet with a pattern of raised diamonds or lines on the front side. These sheets are perfect for protective and decorative wall panels, wainscoting applications and trailer usage.
Aluminum Tread Plate 3003 is corrosion resistant and formable. The textured surface of the Aluminum Tread Plate also offers increased rigidity in the material as well as hiding fingerprints and dents. Aluminum Tread Plate offers anti-slip floor surface and is popular in decorative metal working. 3003 is weaker but more corrosion resistant than 6061.
